Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our websites, services, custom business applications, school portals (e-Class Portal), computer-based testing tools (CBA System), or recruitment platforms (H-Recruits), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use our platforms.

2. Service Provision & Support

iLinks Technology provides software licenses, cloud deployments, hardware installations, and IT consulting services. All provisions of support, software updates, and custom system configurations are subject to separate service level agreements (SLA) signed during project deployment.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

Users are solely responsible for all administrative records, files, questions uploaded, student grades, and employee details stored on our servers. You must ensure you have full legal right to host this data and comply with local education and information safety guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All system logic, database designs, source code, graphic UI layouts, and intellectual assets relating to our proprietary portals belong strictly to iLinks Technology. Clients receive a license to deploy and utilize the system under their designated domains.

5. Limitation of Liability

iLinks Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from connection dropouts, host server downs, incorrect grade calculations on school reports, or data loss. Regular local database backups are strongly recommended.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
